Dr.Moreau

There was a lab on the other side of the door. Edward count stand the noticed coming for the lab so he dissuaded to go explore the island. he met some of the Dr.'s creations on we way. He had very mixed feeling on whether it was right or wrong. He found there village here they lived and visited with then until he realized it was getting dark. He got to the beach just as the sun was setting and felt like he was being fallowed. He started hearing foot step behind him and found that he was being stoked by a half leopard man. He picked up a rock and struck the beast and ran back to the come pound. He was so scared that he couldn't sleep so the Dr. sent him some thing to tack to put him out for the night. The next day he cot a glimpse of an animal in side the lab and thought the the Dr. was taking men and putting animal parts in the man. He got scarred and run in to the village for protection from the Dr.. Soon the Edward heard the dog coming and run out on to the beach and in to the water. There he threatened to drowned him self so the Dr. could not do those things to him.

1.Edward vs. the Captain

-Edward was trying to stop a fight bettor Moreau's people and the crow, but insted he was punished for interfering.

2. Edward vs. Dr.Moreau

-the monsters on the island were Moreau's creations and they were trying to kill Edward. Edward tried to get off the island, but it was hopeless.

• Man vs. Nature

1.Edward vs. the Ocean

-he could have died in the ocean but was picked up by a passing ship.

2. Edward vs. the Island

-the island held many strange things and he was constantly tested by them.

• Man vs. Self

1. Edward vs. Edward

-the first night he was there he stayed out after dark and allowed his mined to wander and scared him self. Also he imagined that Dr. Moraeu was going to change him into one of those creatures so he had made up his mined to droned him self in the ocean.

• Man vs. Society

1. Dr. Moraeu vs. society

-Society thought that his inventions were an abomination, so he was ban from England.

I could watch this movie 100 times and still find something new that I missed the time before.
The way the arther tide all these people together is just amazing. Just knowing that people have that kind of imagination makes me wander what they are going to come out with next. Yesterday I watched a movie done around the same time as this Star Wars and the background was so much more intricate and detailed then the other movie.
I wander what the movie would have been like if it had centered around Laia.

Star Wars

The movie as a text has romanic, comic relief, and the young hero that is being tested by the enemy. It has it all. The tension between P. Laia and Han is was well thought out and executed by the wright and actors. I like the way that the droids and chubacu are used as comic relief. It was done very sutle and tasteful. Just in short clips and never so long that I lost interest.

Faith

My book has alot to do whith science and with science faith is all was near by. The animal in this story are being changer to look more like a human. Dr. Moraeu is changing the way they look and the way they think making them even more human like with speach.

The Island of Dr.Moraeu

The ppl from Dr. Moreau's island felt bad for Edward. They turned around and toed him to shore. There he notes they many of the ppl on the island were very strange looking. They looked haft man haft beast. Dr. Moraeu was inoied about the uninvited guest. They put him in a room with two doors one leading outside and the other was lock.

The Star

This story was hard for me to fallow. It sounds like this man is having trouble believing that there is a god that would allow the destruction of such a thriving world. This world sounded very intelligent and they probably could have saved themselves. What if they didn't want to? what if all they wanted was to be remembered so they didn't even try to get away.
